1. Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. Accessibility is also one of the services we provide, so we hold our own site to the same standard.
2. Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
3. What we have done
- Keyboard access to all controls, with visible focus and a “Skip to content” link
- Text alternatives and labels for controls and form fields, with field-specific error messages
- Color contrast designed for WCAG AA
- Respect for the “reduce motion” setting, plus a Pause motion control on the homepage
- A non-3D alternative: every department in the 3D hub is also available as a normal link
4. Known limitations
- The 3D department hub on the homepage is decorative; the same links are provided as standard buttons below it.
- The AI Project Architect produces generated text that may vary in quality.
We review the site regularly and fix issues as we find them.
5. Feedback
If you find a barrier on this website, please email [email] with the page address and a short description. We aim to respond within five business days.
